I have rented a minivan from this location on 4 occasion over the last 2 years for short trips to OHIO and have had the BEST experiences each time. They make sure I get a minivan with DVD player for my little kids to stay calm and enjoy their trip. They actually LOVE going on trips in "the minivan car". I have always gotten a Town and Country and they go out of their way to make sure of that. Their end to end service from pick up to drop off has been incredible - I have dealt with numerous associates and each one has been excellent. I have even left my car in their lot for 2 of the trips and have had NO problems. I will continue to use them until I buy my own minivan and hopefully next time I will get the Chrysler Pacifica so I can test it out as that is the one I am considering for purchase and now they said they have them!!
Great experience as always with the folks at Enterprise. Efficient check-in/check-out, and very helpful in getting me a ride back home after dropping-off. Will continue to rent from these folks.

The guys here r very helpful. We were supposed to pickup our insurance rental car here but they didn't have availability. They called the enterprise stores around n found one n got a reservation for us. They took that extra step to make sure we got one. Thanks a bunch!!

Found the pick up driver to be very friendly and helpful. The whole pick up experience and rental were with out a problem. That is why I use Enterprise especioally at the Palatine Road office if or when needed
